What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Every charter comes with an experienced crew, necessary safety gear, included fuel, and basic refreshments. Different services may have additional features — for instance, sunset cruises come with premium snacks and beverages, whereas business charters provide meeting amenities and custom catering options.
When should I make my reservation?
Booking your charter 2–3 weeks ahead is advisable, particularly during the high season from May to September. To ensure better availability and to allow for personalizations, book corporate or private events 4–6 weeks prior.
What if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our paramount concern. We will propose a new charter date or give you a complete refund in case the captain deems the conditions unsafe. We keep a close eye on the weather and will let you know 24 hours before your trip if there are any concerns.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, personal food and beverages are permitted. We can also provide top-tier catering services to suit your preferences. For safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Can guests with mobility issues access the yachts?
We aim to be as inclusive as possible. While some of our yachts are more accessible than others, we encourage you to reach out to us for specifics on access and to arrange any necessary aids based on your requirements.
What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellation more than 72 hours before the charter grants a full refund. Cancellations within 24–72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellation with less than 24-hour notice will not be refunded, except if due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues from our side.
